Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we deliver our products, the areas we cover, and how returns, refunds and booking cancellations work. It applies to all orders and bookings made through Sakyant Ink.

Order Processing Times

Physical product orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment. Experience bookings are confirmed by email, usually within 24 hours, with the full details of your guided Sak Yant experience.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services or circumstances beyond our control. Our guided experiences take place in Thailand, with hotel pickup provided in the Bangkok area.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping cost is calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and order. There are no hidden fees—what you see at checkout is what you pay to us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes charged by your country's authorities. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices unless stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Where tracked shipping is used, we will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return or refund of eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us at theteam@customersupport.care with your order details and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process. Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and practical reasons, certain items cannot be returned once used. Any such exclusions will be made clear on the product page before purchase.

Experience Bookings: Cancellations & Rescheduling

Plans change, and we aim to be flexible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Sak Yant experience, please contact us as early as possible. Bookings cancelled with reasonable notice are eligible for rescheduling or a refund; because we reserve limited daily places, very late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We will always do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
